Please use this instruction guide to ship marketing/booth materials to the conference. 

For packages to and from the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa:

• Please don’t send any materials to arrive at the hotel before Wednesday, September 23rd, as the hotel may reject shipments arriving early due to storage limitations.

• Sponsors are responsible for their shipping/receiving fees. Our Sponsor Support team will assist with the hotel’s package handling fee payment process on-site.

• The hotel will ship all sponsor packages with a pre-scheduled FedEx Pick-Up from the hotel on Monday, October 5th. All packages must be labeled before you depart from the event.
